committed to the National Council of Youth since 2004, I was elected national secretary in December 2006. At that time, I chose Jacques Dermagne reporter to be one of the groups preparing the 2nd conference on Youth of the Economic, Social and Environmental of the French Republic. The content of the discussions we had with people in the room we were comforted in the spirit that we had during our busy work.

Moreover, the common response that we've done with young people in Val d'Oise on the esplanade of the Trocadero has embodied our desire for universality and sharing. That evening, my three colleagues and I could feel how much this gesture, as simple as it was symbolic. We have shown that anything was possible in this world and that beyond our social status, political or cultural, we can make things happen. News from Sofia, because the blog is a bit dead right now ...
We just returned from our "mid-term training", where as usual, we learned a lot, it has raved, slept and not too!
This training gave us a view from EVS ... We're starting to think all it took to make our records for the University ...
But to speak more in detail the project, being the first volunteers of the Blessed One, you realize that the association still has much progress to make in the Home Volunteer.
Indeed, what was the hardest for us is the fact of being without support in the orphanage where we work with a staff that does not interress masses to us, and a complicated communication by the fact that the Bulgarian, as a Slavic language with its Cyrillic alphabet can not be learned very quickly .. So there was not a very hard time, but we managed to climb off activities and to lead a little orphanage, with movie nights once a week, workshops kitchens (with recipes from all over Europe thanks to other volunteers ..), and workshops (bracelet, salt dough ...)... But five of the orphanage, we stayed still time to twiddle our thumbs ...
Fortunately for us, apart from the problem of integration with the orphanage staff, the teens were there ... Always curious, smiling, some willing to take part in our activities ...
It also sought to have more substantive and mount our own project with other volunteers, as a musical project and a project exploring, with the Bulgarian National Agency (Youth initiative), but no luck for us we found ourselves faced with internal conflicts, which prevented us from mounting these projects depriving teens of all our opportunities ... (We received a paper as an excuse stating that the project had been rejected on formal criteria, such as: they were not dragged into a plastic bag.)
So we now realize that project is ending and being what it is, our task before leaving was to make a difference both in level of the National Agency (for the history of conflict of person) at the orphanage, trying to make the best of the situation through dialogue ..
So now back to full training this new motivation, with new prospects ...

Our list, supported by all the left parties and environmentalists, is particularly sensitive to the development cycle. which represents for us a means of transport perfectly suited to the city.

Our action plan "bike" will be integrated into a PLU in the first year to create a coherent network of bicycle paths and parking facilities throughout the city, in agreement with recommendations associations competent (FUBicy, FFCT). We also wish to share best practices in France and abroad to make a city more pleasant Cesson traffic calm, friendly and secure a network where everyone can find their place.

We stated in our platform we intend to develop links and sweet alternative means of travel with the establishment of walking buses and / or Vélobus following neighborhoods.

On the other hand, during the term expired, we brought the CG91 to modify its plan county bike paths to include the bike path that has since been made along the CD947 between St. Peter and Royal Alley.

Your mail has caught our attention because our association is very sensitive to this issue long ago.

Furthermore, in a letter dated February 5, 2008 on urbanization, especially the plain of the windmill, we proposed to create soft links to the town center.

In general, we can say that this mode of transport comes in, inter alia, in the progamme of energy savings that we want to take in the operation of all buildings and equipment of the municipality.

As you can see through these few lines, this mode of travel is one of the thoughts we want to lead very quickly with all relevant partners and we will be happy to meet you to collect your views warned.

Here in italics below the letter we sent by mail or by mail to 22 candidates heads list of 10 common Sénart. Their responses are published in this blog as and when they are received.

We hope that the candidates really answer by committing to this letter on the three points we submit them. We would be disappointed with the stereotypical responses and too vague. They often betray a desire to "greening its image" as some companies do not always virtuous in their environmental practices.

We are not asking for specific commitments or figures on specific issues affecting their common but a commitment on the approach . If in addition, they thought enough about it to propose concrete solutions, we are happy to be able to open the debate on the blog. Our

Dynamo Sénart association, created recently (Official Gazette of November 17, 2007) aims to promote cycling everyday utility of the 10 villages SAN Sénart Brie (Seine et Marne and Essonne) and represent the needs of users from institutions. We are members of the FUBicy (French Federation of Bicycle Users).

Too often road projects are easier to finance public infrastructure as well as cycling 87% of French [1] declare themselves willing to walk or bicycle more often in town. If the territory is the subject of Senart successful examples of cycling facilities and covered parking or a few safe for bicycles, much remains to be done to the credibility of cycling from potential users. In this area, municipalities have a role to play in showing if they choose a strong political will.
